HE DID IT - HE GRADUATED!!!!

Joshua finally did it!!! After 8 months of training in the Police Academy, he has graduated. He received his certificate of completion and graduated with an overall grade of 91%. He is very excited to start working for the community as an example and warrior against crime.

We are very proud of him, and hope that he has a safe and happy future in this career.

For Time and All Eternity . . . .

The love that a couple has for one another naturally grows a little each day . . . when we were sealed, it felt like our love jumped 20 years all at once. We are so happy that we have made such a wonderful choice, and are glad that family and friends were able to join us!!!!!We want to thank everyone that was able to attend our special day. We love you all!!!

past week / coming week

Last week is finaly over . . . not much to say about it. The temple shower was fun last weekend. Thanks to all for the gifts, we were able to purchase ALL of our temple clothing and still have a bit left over. ---- This weekend was fun. We went shoping for a dress to wear for our sealing and Joshua's graduation. (IT WAS A PAIN!!!! It is not easy to find a modest dress anymore) The week ahead will be busy, but every minute worth it. We have A LOT of family flying in throughout the week to join us for the big day. We are excited to have them all join us. ----- I know I promised pictures a couple of weeks ago, but I haven't got to it yet. I will try to get some posted this week, and if I don't you can plan on something after Friday.

Jewelry business

Ok . . . so as most of you know by now, Grandma (Charlie) and I have started a jewlery business. We have come up with a name and have set up an e-mail account . . . (KC Creations - kccreations@live.com) We have a ton of designs made, and are almost ready to make a catalog for all of you to view. We might make a new blog to post everything in, but we are still discussing that aspect. - - - - - I want my Grandma to know how much fun this is with her, and that I'm glad we are doing it together. I love you Grandma!!!!!

Joshua's first police interview

WOOOOO HOOOOO !!!!! Joshua is scheduled to have his first interview as a police officer with Tooele city next week. Will keep it posted how it goes.

Obama?????

Well the country has spoken . . . and we will officially be led by the first African American president starting in January. Not what we were hoping for, but we wish him luck in the next four years. Let's hope he can do something good for this country.

time for an update

The Haunted Houses were great fun!!! Mom freaked out in so many parts, and I biffed it running from the first chain saw guy. Taylor and I went through all of it together, and Joshua went by himself. He wouldn't be nice to me, so Taylor and I looked out for eachother. We went to Saw V afterwards --- GREAT MOVIE. I'm not going to spoil anything so you'll have to go and watch it yourself.
No big plans yet for the upcomming weeks. Our sealing date is coming closer and closer, but we are more than ready for it. . . . Joshua is applying to any police stations that are hireing . . . I advanced with more work in my current position . . . Still no babies, working on it though.
I'm sure that I will have some pictures up with the holidays ariving. I will be sure to keep you posted on what is happening with us!!!

exciting day ahead

Well it's a great morning to start off ... Joshua is receiving his patriarchal blessing this afternoon. He is so anxious to know of the blessings that he is promised. And I'll admit, I'm a bit anxious too. It may even clear up the children topic in my blessing. --- then later that night I have plans to do absolutely nothing!!!! Just sit back and relax. (which could be good for me considering how sick I've been this week) Let's see how the weekend goes and I'll tell you all about it later . . .

This past week @ a glance

no pictures to post, the weekend was way to busy!!! the only new and exciting news is that we finally have a renter for our house. they were supposed to move in this week, but when we went over there sunday to take pictures we found that some punk kids were having parties in the house. no damage was done, but i have to go and clean the entire house again. -- VERY ANNOYING -- but all is well. Things cont to go well with Joshua and myself. hopefully there will be more exciting news next week.

Joshua was ordained an Elder

Well this year just keeps getting better and better. Joshua was ordained an elder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints today. He set an appointment with the bishop for next week to get his patriarcal blessing, then we start the temple classes, and will be sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on December 5. THIS IS ONE GREAT YEAR!!!!!!

Birthday Party

The party was a blast. My mom did a really great job. It was not easy to explain to most people why I was not speding the Big "21" in Wendover or Vegas. But it worked out for the better. Naturally ... Joshua forgot the camera, so I don't have any pictures to post until I can raid my mom and Yolanda's camera. But I will get some up once I have them. ----- THANKS to all who came. It was fun.

Finally figuring it all out

Ok ... so I think I have finally figured a couple of things out. I have added some people I know, put on an outside backgroung, created a music list specific to us, and successfully posted some things. The only thing left to do now is create a cute slideshow of random pictures. THANKS for all the help from my mom, Megan, and Kobi!!! Love you ALL!!!

My Family

this is my family as of now. Just Joshua, Me, Kizzy, and Aussie. Hopefully there will be little ones soon, but this is enough for now.
